Shipping Container Accommodations Around the World

Shipping Container Accommodations Around the World

Unique Shipping Container Accommodations Around the World

Planning a holiday can be strenuous at times. You have to go through a lot of details to have the perfect getaway that you deserve as much as possible. A part of planning a holiday includes details like collecting information of the place, the best date to visit the place, the best tourist attractions to go to and of course choosing an accommodation. For most travellers, one of the things that you need to carefully plan is the accommodation especially when it is your first time to visit the place. It is common to check the background of the hotel and read some reviews and comments to make sure that your criteria are met.

While others can afford to stay in 5-star hotels and other high-end accommodations, others have to consider few things especially their budget.  When planning a vacation most common goals in getting an accommodation are a price, location, security, and amenities. Although it is unusual for tourists to likely stay in an unfamiliar surrounding, others are thrilled to be in an exciting place. I am sure that other people will also consider staying in these cool and unique accommodations:

Alterra Beach Resort

Alterra Beach Resort uses old shipping containers for private glamping cabins. This place is an all- natural beach resort near the beach in Pinamar, Argentina. Their cabins are uniquely and artfully decorated with colorful interiors and bright windows. Originally the resort was an art gallery which was transformed into a hostel wherein the cabins were built by combining two 20ft shipping containers into a cabin with an L-shape that features a bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette, heating, cooling and a private balcony. This resort is considered an environment-friendly project because it is designed to keep the guests in close contact with the environment by placing the cabins in between trees and surrounding the area with the environment like having a pool with the deck made from recycled woods, organic shop, paint shop and massage.

Sleeping Around Hotel

This new innovation of hotel provides the guests to a different location in order for them to experience fresh views and experiences. It also provides the guests with a luxurious experience through its amenities like breakfast, stylish beds, iPod docking station, air conditioning, and bathroom.
